Contact the VCON Chair if you want to help organize the convention or if you have questions that can't be addressed to a specific department below.

The VCON GoH Liaison is in charge of all arrangements for and on behalf of the VCON Guests of Honour and ensures that everything is running smoothly for them. If you are a GoH or need to discuss something related to the GoHs, this is the person to contact.

VCON Vice-Chair is the VCON Chair's top assistant, taking on some of the tasks the Chair needs to get done and filling in when the sitting Chair is unavailable.

The Marketing Coordinator is in charge of working with outside parties that would like to advertise through VCON via our program book, flyers in our registration packet, etc. This is the person to contact if you would like to advertise in the program book.

Contact the Art Show Director if you are an artist who would like to show your work in the convention or if you have any questions or suggestions about the Art Show.

This year's dance party is expected to attract many Creatures of the Night and our Dance DJ will be monster mashing it up for a thriller of a night.

If you want to get in an early request for a song or artist you especially love, it's the Dance Party Coordinator you want to contact.

The Elron Awards (a VCON tradition) are awarded each year to some of the most... interesting... fiction published in science fiction and fantasy and the most... astonishing... discoveries in science over the past year. Contact the Elron Awards Coordinator If you have any questions, comments or suggestions about this year's Elrons.

Contact the Fan Clubs Liaison if you have a fan club and want to have a presence at VCON or if you have questions about the fan clubs that attend VCON.

The Parties Coordinator is the head VCON party animal. This is the person to contact if you're interested in hosting or going to parties and meetup events at the convention.

The Filk Music Coordinator assists the Programming Coordinator regarding all aspects of Filking at VCON.  Contact the Filk Music Coordinator if you would like to be involved with or if you have questions, comments or suggestions about Filking.

The Games Coordinator is in charge of organizing and managing the VCON Games Room. Contact the Games Coordinator if you would like to sponsor a gaming event or if have any gaming questions, comments, or requests.

VCON is renowned for it's comfortable and socially active Hospitality Suite. Contact the Hospitality Coordinator If you have questions, comments or suggestions for this year's Hospitality Suite.

If you would like to volunteer to assist with this extremely important duty please contact the VCON Volunteer Coordinator.

The Hotel Liaison is responsible for coordinating locations and activities with the hotel where VCON is held.

Got kids? Bringing them to VCON? Contact the KidCon Coordinator if you have questions or concerns about how on earth you could possibly keep them occupied the whole time you are at the convention.

The Masquerade is one of the highlights of VCON. If you have questions, comments or suggestions about this year's Masquerade, contact the Masquerade Director.

The Media Liaison's domain is all about getting VCON good press coverage.  Want to interview someone? Writing a news article about the convention? Require someone for a radio or TV appearances? This is the person to talk to.

We are currently looking for a full-time Media Liaison for this year's convention.
Please contact the VCON chair if you would like to volunteer for this position.

What would we do without Ops? This is the person who keeps things functioning as smoothly as possible throughout the three days of the convention. Ops manages and monitors the radios that keep the ConCom in touch with each other and helps make sure everything we need is where it should be and is all in good working order.

If you have questions or concerns about Operations, or would like to volunteer to assist with this extremely important duty please contact the VCON Volunteer Coordinator.

VCON has always been noted for the quality of its programming. Right from its very first convention, VCON has maintained a tradition of "literate appreciation rather than fascinated adulation". Contact the Programming Coordinator if you have questions about or suggestions for panels and other programming events at this year's convention.

The Publications Coordinator is in charge of all the printed material that VCON creates such as the program book, the pocket program, ConCom progress reports, etc. This is the person to contact if you have ad artwork to put in the program book or are looking for posters, flyers and similar material.

Want to help publicise VCON, such as by putting up posters or handing out flyers? We need help at fan tables at other cons & parades, too. Contact the publicity coordinator to help out

Contact the VCON Registrar with questions about membership options, rates, deadlines, how to register, etc.

Also known as the VCON Gopher because we tell him to "Go fer this" and "Go fer that," the Tech and Transportation Coordinator is responsible for all Audio/Visual equipment and picking up stuff we need moved from point A to point B.

If you have questions or concerns about Tech and Transportation, or would like to volunteer to assist with this extremely important duty please contact the VCON Volunteer Coordinator.

Money, money, money! Contact the Treasurer if you have any questions related to VCON finances.

Would you like to volunteer at VCON this year? Whether you're showing guests to their panel rooms or lugging kegs up from the truck, we'd greatly appreciate your help. In fact, we'll appreciate you so much that we'll stuff your pockets with swag just for being a volunteer!
