Would you like to share YOUR memories with other fans and VCON members?
Well then, we'd love to make them available on the site!
Please contact the
VCON Webmaster who will arrange to collect the files from you and
get the details about the who, what and where
of the photos/videos and photographer.
Help Improve the Galleries
Sometimes we may have photos or video to share that we know a little bit
about but parts of the story are missing. Maybe we know at which VCON the photo
was taken but we don't know who the person is inside the costume. Or maybe we
know who is in the photo and we know that it was definitely taken at a VCON, but
we're not sure which year.
But, maybe, when YOU look at these same photos and
videos, who is in them or when it was taken are as obvious
to you as the nose on your face and maybe you even know a
little about why whoever it is was where they were when they
were there.
If any of that is the case, you can help us improve the
galleries. Just contact the
VCON Webmaster and let us
know all about the juicy details that we are so egregiously
missing.

Promoting VCON
You can help VCON be bigger and better by letting other people
know about it. Download a PDF and print your own or you can
contact the VCON
Publicity Coordinator to get pre-printed flyers and posters
to put up at work, at your favourite bookstore or coffee shop,
community centre or library.
Flyer and Poster Downloads
Helping
with publicity counts toward
volunteer hours at the convention!
To get volunteer credit, and to avoid duplication of effort,
please let the VCON Publicity
Coordinator know where you've distributed posters and fliers,
including what size and how many.
We also have banner ads that you can link to from a
web site or a forum signature to promote VCON.
