- The VCON Chair is the top-dog, our high pooh-bah, the person where the buck does in fact stop. The VCON Chair is our fearless leader who keeps us pointed in the right direction, and constantly urges, encourages and supports the rest of us to do our very best.

- VCON Vice-Chair is the VCON Chair's top assistant, taking on some of the tasks the Chair needs to get done and filling in when the sitting Chair is unavailable.
